 To help you to identify whether or not your lot is in a protected scrub jay zone, or if it has

    signs of gopher turtle nesting sites or burrowing owls? If so, what the remedies and costs

    are associated with the various protected species could cost

 Will your builder help you find a lender for your new home

 Will your builder explain what and how the construction draw schedule actually works?

    And what will be required as a deposit to start.

 Will your builder explain the actual construction sequence process?
