 Are the interior walls and ceiling of the garage finished and painted?

 Is the garage floor cleaned and painted?

 Are seamless gutters for the entire home included?

 What is the size of the driveway and side walks? Can you increase or decrease the size? What is the

    driveway made of?

 Will your new home have a 200 AMP electric service?

 Will you be able to request underground electric service?

 Will your new home have heat pump or straight cool system?

 Will you be able to request finishes on door knobs, hinges and mirror frames?

 Will you be able to choose your own interior wall paint colors? How many colors are you allowed to

    choose?

 Will you have nailers over your windows and sliding doors to be able to hang draperies etc? What size is

 Will your home be equipped with a security system? How about a Central Vacuum System?

 Will you receive a garage door opener?

 What kind of grass will your lawn consist of?

 Will your builder provide a landscape package for you with a landscape plan, specifications, and total cost?

 If you have a lawn irrigation system, will it be a well or water from canal?

 Will your builder (not his employees) meet you at your home if requested?

 When your home is completed will your builder provide the Certificate of Occupancy for your homeowners

 Will your builder complete a mitigation form in your behalf to help you save money on your homeowners
