The building process begins!

Step 6b:

 

a.    Blueprints are finalized and engineered.

b.    Survey and site plan and engineering is obtained

c.    Pole location access is obtained from the Electric Company

d.    Balance of all necessary paperwork is compiled and submitted to Building Dept

e.    Building permit is issued

f.     Homeowners insurance/builders risk will be requested

 

Step 7: Building Your Home

a.    Posting of building permit

b.    Site preparation – clear, fill, grade

c.    Foundation poured

d.    Framing, roof trusses, plywood, dry-in, shingles or tile

e.    Mechanicals

f.     Insulation

g.    Drywall

h.    Interior Finishes

i.      Cabinetry

j.     Exterior Finishes
