Art Joseph and Darlene Joseph of Boardwalk Properties, Inc. have recently expanded their residential home building services to accommodate sales of existing homes, as well as helping clients find a place to call home. 

       Art Joseph and Darlene Joseph began their residential home building business approximately 30 years ago in upstate New York.  However, a vacation to Florida made them realize that this is where they wanted to spend the rest of their lives. So, they relocated to the Rotonda West, Englewood, South Gulf Cove and Port Charlotte Fl. area approximately 22 years ago where they raised their family.  For them, it was the best move they could have made.  They moved here and began their company Boardwalk Properties, Inc. and started residential home building for their clients who were retiring and relocating here for the same reasons. Their clients also want to live close to beaches, deep sea fishing or near one of the many golf courses, while enjoying the warm weather. 

    The Florida lifestyle was a dream fulfilled for Art Joseph and Darlene Joseph.  Now they continue to help their clients fulfill their dreams so they too can enjoy the Florida lifestyle.
